RPRigPilot

Terms of Service

Beta version — last updated August 2026.

Beta notice

RigPilot is in early beta. This is a plain-language placeholder, not a document reviewed by an attorney — treat it as a good-faith summary while we're testing, not a final legal agreement.

1. Using RigPilot

By creating an account or using RigPilot in local demo mode, you agree to use it to organize your own (or your carrier's) trucking business information — compliance documents, maintenance schedules, load calculations, and inspection records — for your own reference.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from the Account page's billing portal. Refunds are handled case by case — email support if something doesn't look right.

4. No compliance or safety guarantee

RigPilot helps you organize information — it does not verify compliance, certify vehicle safety, or provide legal, tax, or mechanical advice. See the full Disclaimer for details.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves out of beta. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
