RigPilot helps organize driver-submitted business, compliance, inspection, and maintenance information. It does not replace legal, tax, DOT/FMCSA compliance, mechanic, or safety advice. Final responsibility remains with the driver, carrier, owner, or qualified professional.
Compliance documents
Document types, expiration dates, and reminder windows are entered by you or your drivers. RigPilot does not verify these against DOT, FMCSA, state, or insurer records, and does not guarantee a document is valid, current, or sufficient for any inspection, audit, or legal requirement.
Inspection reports
The inspection tool organizes driver-submitted checklist responses and notes into a structured, printable report. It does not perform a physical inspection, does not certify a vehicle as safe or roadworthy, and does not replace a qualified mechanic's or DOT inspector's judgment.
Maintenance reminders
Service intervals and due dates are calculated from the mileage and dates you enter. RigPilot cannot detect an odometer that wasn't updated, a missed reading, or a mechanical issue that falls outside a scheduled interval.
Load profit calculations
Revenue, cost, and profit figures are planning estimates based on the numbers you enter. Actual results depend on real posted expenses, taxes, repairs, tolls, and your own business accounting.
