This is a plain-language placeholder describing how RigPilot currently handles data during beta testing — not a document reviewed by an attorney.
What we collect
Your account email, business profile (business name, DOT/MC numbers, home state), and whatever you enter into trucks, trailers, compliance documents, maintenance items, loads, and inspections.
How we use it
Solely to run RigPilot for you: showing your dashboard, syncing your data across devices, and (if you subscribe) processing billing. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication. Your data is protected by row-level security so only your account can read or write it.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments if you choose a paid plan. RigPilot never sees or stores your card number.
- Resend — sends reminder emails, if that feature is enabled on your account.
Local demo mode
If you use RigPilot without connecting Supabase, your data is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers.
Your choices
You can edit or delete most records directly in the app. To export or permanently delete your account and all associated data, email support.
